Coffee Reviews

coffees from week of 7-25

Hacienda Mallorca Gesha from moodtrap coffee in Singapore. Immediately smelled fruity from the grounds. Very peach forward with plenty of sweetness. Really enjoyable with plenty of florals and light citrus notes as the coffee cool down. One of the geshas I've had so far this year. 10/10

Malawo honey processed from Manhattan. This was more of a typical Ethiopian coffee with some florals and blueberry-like notes. It was fairly clean cup and still have some of the vibrancy with a lot of Ethopians. A good solid daily drinker from Manhattan 6/10

Nemba Burundi from Apollon's Gold in Japan. A very clean washed Burundi but with a very pleasant fruity acidity at the start then getting more florals. I definitely got more of the florals as the cup cooled down and another great coffee from Apollon's Gold, especially for the price. 7/10
