coffees from week of 8-29
Brazil Caio Pereira from Kurds in Japan. In cup fairly bright with lots of acidity, I find the grape juice notes to be pretty accurate. There's a nice amount of sweet nice as you finish the cup.

Mi Finquita Bourbon from MAME in Switzerland. A very clean tasting natural but at the same time complex. I get a lot of the pineapple notes from fermentation up front leading to some acidity and finishing with more of an alcohol or rum taste. I'm still a big fan of "processed" coffees and this is one that's done well although it's not a coffee I think I can have daily.
