Nomad Bombe was a very fruity yet clean washed coffee. When trying to push extraction on this coffee, I was able to get a lot of that melon and fruit with some delicate floral notes in the finish.
Nector Lasso Sidra from Kawa in France. I've tried a few different coffees from the Nector Lasso and although this was far from being the funkiest, this was one of the better fruit forward coffee without being overly fermented or bringing out much of the anaerobic characteristics.
A strawberry infused coffee from Hydrangea Coffee Roaster based in California. Infused coffees in general have been fairly controversial, especially with use in competition and how it hides the origin and varietal of the coffee. Despite that, this strawberry infused coffee (now not available) gave off strong strawberry aromas during the brew and when pulled as espresso tasted very much like a fruit juice. The cup was very sweet with some acidity on the finish but also preserved that strawberry juiciness in the body. In filter, it did bring out more of that astringency in the finish from the fermentation process but overall, just a very tasty coffee that didn't taste much like coffee.
